Satterfield's Restaurant is located in the heart of Cahaba Heights. As one of Birmingham's favorite dinner destinations, we offer the freshest and best ingredients, a friendly and knowledgeable staff, and elegant ambiance-- all to ensure that your experience with us will be memorable. Pastry chef and owner, Becky Satterfield has built the restaurant upon the principle that fine dining doesn't have to be pretentious and instead should be relaxing for each guest with every possible detail attended.

We believe in offering a global dining experience using locally produced ingredients. Our menu is a daily changing mix of "Old World flavors and New World sensibilities" that offers familiar favorites such as steaks, fresh seafood, local produce and game served with French, Italian, Spanish or Mediterranean influences.

We have multiple seating options ranging from the main dining room to our chef's counter, our outdoor patio, or our full service bar, where we feature live music every Wednesday and Friday night.
A popular amenity with local businesses is our Private Dining Room, which seats up to 22 and is A/V ready with a wall-mounted screen and wireless internet capability.
Satterfield’s is open for dinner Monday-Saturday beginning at 5:30. Our bar opens at 4 p.m.
