Chef Clifton Holt is the executive chef and proprietor of Little Savannah Restaurant and Bar, along with his wife, Maureen. Together, with years of culinary and restaurant experience, the Holts opened Little Savannah in September, 2003. Their focus on fresh, local ingredients and southern fusion cuisine has become their passion and they strive to “keep it local” in every aspect of their business. From local artwork on the dining room walls to freshly-infused cocktails behind the bar, Little Savannah is “local” at its best. The Southern invitation is integrated throughout your food experience as you sit down to the hand painted tables and church pews. The Holts continue to build the relationships of the Birmingham Community by bringing people together at one table to share meals at their Community Farm Table on Wednesday nights.
